Popcorn from the Greenery! This was our first try at growing popcorn and we couldn't have done it without the help of our flock of laying hens - utilizing the garden plot from their winter run, the soil was perfectly primed for optimal corn-growing conditions. Regenerative ecological farming practices at it's finest!
 
This fun mix of coloured kernals pops into fuffy white popcorn with a lovely subtle nutty flavour.
