These are a premium product grown by friends of ours over at Woodbloom on the Meaford-Thornbury town line. We have dehydrated these mushies to make them more shelf-stable. 
Add them to nearly any dish - toss them directly in a sauce or soup pot or rehydrate in hot water & top your next homemade pizza!
